I tried that option, but that didn't accomplish what I needed. Control + Return is an absolute pain because my description fields typically have a lot of data per line, but it's a work around. Thank you though for your input. I discovered I have a new problem today. Years ago, my Quickbooks crashed, which resulted in losing a few recent invoices. The did not work either. After restoring from an earlier backup, I began saving each invoice as a PDF when I was done with it, that way I had a copy.
I've been a Quickbooks user since 2007. I also use this function to send the invoices to my clients. However, today I noticed that with all new invoices, they only save 4 lines of what's in the description field, and the lines appear to be random.
The invoice is complete in Quickbooks, but not printing it or saving it as a PDF. This is a huge problem. Anyone else experienced this? I've also tried a different Mac to view the PDF and different programs to view the PDF, but the issue persists.
